Once you have applied, a member of our team will be in touch by phone. The first part of our interview process is a short telephone interview to understand if there is a mutual fit. 

Then we will invite you to a 45-minute Zoom interview where we will get to know you, assess your skills against our RAISE criteria, tell you more about the role you have applied for, answer your questions and give you interview feedback. 

We won’t make you jump through hoops and if it is a ‘hell yes’ for you and us, we will set up an interview for you straight away.
